Our Fort Recovery Egg Division in Mercer and Darke Counties, in Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Sanitation Supervisor to join our Spring Meadow Farms location in Rossburg.

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

• Direct and manage sanitation operations within Spring Meadow Farms facility.
• Develop and train team members on all necessary sanitation SOPs.
• Coordinate shift activities through effective planning with departmental managers to ensure production objectives are accomplished.
• Support the Cooper Values and commitment to the welfare, safety, and morale of all SMF team members.
• Implement cost effective systems of control over operating expenses, labor costs and other related expenses.
• Responsible for the oversight of documentation and completion of daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled cleaning.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience with Cooper Farms or similar operation in various fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
