Senior Device Engineer
San Jose, CA office-based, 5 days per week
$100,000 to $140,000 + PTO + 401(k) + Package including Medical Benefits

In this role you will be developing world-class devices and analog mixed signal technologies. You will perform static and dynamic characterization of silicon devices. You will analyze characterization data using statistical data analysis tools and will prepare reports.
The ideal candidate will come from a semiconductor device and technology development background. You will have hands-on experience with wafer/package level design characterization in the lab
