Job description

Location: 100% onsite in Davenport, IA

Length: 2+ Years

-Mid / Senior electrical engineer needed on-site for 2-year capital project initiatives with integrating new lines and equipment.

-Will be working on the owner’s side / team

-Owner’s team is tasked with coordinating all electrical activities for entire project. Needing to have good communication skills to work through issues between the parties involved.

-Must have HEAVY industrial experience (aluminum or steel production / manufacturing environment preferred – could look at pulp & paper, mining as potential tradeoffs)

-Meltshop, combustion system, furnaces, rolling machines, etc. - preferred

-Must have familiarity with Factory Automation (Rockwell PLC, FactoryTalk)

-Troubleshoot and debug systems or electrical issues

-Able to read prints, schematics, as built drawings, etc.

-Detail oriented, good communicator, etc.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
