Purpose:

The Material Controller (MMS) will perform a variety of assignments both technical and clerical that include input of received material into MMS database and generation of material withdraw request forms (MWR). Reports operationally to the Site Materials Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Review of requisition input into material database.
• Review of MTO input into material database.
• Overall administration of the material database.
• Communication with the Site Materials Manager to address shortages by discipline.
• Communication with multiple discipline planners to execute AWP strategy.
• Execution of all warehouse material data activities including receiving, inventory control and issuing.
• Execution of material forecast allocations from material database.

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

• Typical Qualifications University Degree, or equivalent.

Preferred:

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
