Job description
The Sr. Manager On Premise Distribution's main priority is strategic management over the On Premise route to market and distributor partners at the region level. Key responsibilities include driving and managing important RBNA plans and strategic priorities such as reach; develop systems to increase goal execution; monitor sales/POS progress against business plans; and coach On Premise Distributor Managers and Foodservice Distribution Managers to achieve their specific goals. You will take ownership for all distributor performance while making sure there is understanding between the General Manager and the Director of On Premise.

CREATE UNDERSTANDING OF DISTRIBUTOR PARTNER NETWORK & RED BULL NORTH AMERICA
- Develop communication schedule and strategy with OPDMs/FDMs and DPs to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and programs
- Ensure agreement and understanding of strategies and goals cross departmentally within RBNA
- Implement systems to track and benchmark DPs against essential goals
- Lead communication and engagement with RBNA On Premise Key Account department fosters collaboration between key accounts and distribution
- Establish a clear set of Goals for ODPMs, FDMs and DPs
BUSINESS PLAN
- Develop with the Director, On-Premise the annual business plans to include goals, resource allocation, and investments
- Secure agreement and implement monthly scorecard to review
- Communicate with DP ownership and top management to guarantee agreement on Red Bull priorities
- Establish DP equipment allocation and execution standards for Region
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
- Maintain working knowledge of all Red Bull systems (BI, IRI, CPM, The Hub, Collaboration)
- Maintain knowledge of essential account systems and how they relate to DPs
- Use Business Intelligence to increase performance of DP network
DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE & NETWORK
- Assess with the DOP route to market strategies and propose solutions to improve DP network within region
- Develop best practices to share and implement within DP network
- Manage new distributor launches with OPDMs and FDMs
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead team-based training programs to develop both general and job skills for ODPMs and FDMs
- Provide individual development of team members
LEAD INTEGRATION WITHIN RED BULL NORTH AMERICA
- Provide a leadership role to the local teams within Region to insure development of goals.
- Create linkage between multiple functional plans and market impact through DPs
- Coordinate execution of key account programs through wired relationship with Sr. DKAs, DKAs and NAMs.
EXPERIENCE

- Sales experience in Beverage or Consumer Goods industry Beverage
- +7 years of Distributor and Supplier experience
- On Premise industry experience
- 4+ years of experience managing and motivating a team of direct reports
- Experience working with or managing a DSD network
- Comfortable with business analytics
- Experience creating successful sales and trade marketing strategies
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- English, additional languages an advantage
- Travel 30-40%
