Location: Remote working role, however successful candidate must be UK based to attend activities/events

Hours: Open to both full time & part time (minimum 3 days/week) applicants

Role Overview

Teleperformance is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to help support and shape the future success of our brand. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will suit someone who can manage multiple projects and who can successfully interact with internal stakeholders at a variety of levels within the organisation and across many functional areas.

As a key part of the Marketing team, the primary function of this role will be to manage a range of marketing activities to support demand generation and raise the profile of the Teleperformance brand, through content creation and digital marketing.

The role will support the business across multiple industry sectors, including public sector, retail, utilities, financial services, travel, leisure, telco and media.

Specific aspects of the role will include creating and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining and developing marketing content, helping drive our awards programme, supporting PR activity, as well as digital marketing.

Previous experience is essential for this role and it will also be useful for the successful candidate to have a background in written communications.

Role Outline & Responsibilities

• Developing and creating marketing campaigns across different industry verticals, working closely with Business Development and Solutions.
• Managing the writing and content for a range of marketing collateral, including brochures, white papers, multimedia and video scripts
• Managing demand/lead generation activity
• Creating digital marketing content for the TPUK website and bespoke landing pages
• Ability to write, build and maintain a comprehensive repository of case studies on various businesses, operational and support areas that can be used to substantiate our claims, give credibility to our stories and create overall confidence in the proposal that we develop when creating tender responses for new clients and for existing business accounts
• Managing the Teleperformance awards calendar and writing/co-ordinating award submissions with clients
• Support on Teleperformance’s UK PR programme, as well as assisting with internal communications projects where required
• Supporting Teleperformance’s events and hospitality programme.
• Assisting with product and proposition development projects
• Manage Salesforce, Marketo and SharePoint marketing activity, reporting and ensure effective use
• Working closely with the Teleperformance global marketing team to ensure alignment of activity.

Accountable for:

• UK Marketing reporting through Salesforce
• Creating and maintaining collateral library using SharePoint
• Demand generation programmes and campaigns
• Supporting wider business development team.

What we are looking for, skills, knowledge and experience:

• Minimum 5+ years professional experience in B2B or B2C marketing
• Sector expertise: Worked in one or more industries (BPO, Professional Services, Legal, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, IT/ITeS, Media, healthcare)
• Experience of sales/marketing automation platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce
• Digital marketing experience
• Content/creative/awards writing expertise
• Adept in understanding complex messages and translating into digestible content across channels
• Project management and client management experience
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work on short deadlines sometimes this includes working anti-social hours
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability work as part of a team, both physical and virtual
• An ability to use MS office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint and proficient in the use of SharePoint
