Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Reports To: Chief Network Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time – 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, five days a week
Locations: Onsite- Provide Onsite and remote assistance to Infinity Clients.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Analyst who can take charge of planning, engineering, implementation, and compliance for an organization's systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, on-premise and cloud environments. You will be monitoring and reporting on the performance of systems, reviewing documentation, and recommending strategies to make the team more successful. You will also serve as a technical liaison among Infinity Technologies, clients, users, and vendors. With your expertise on Information Technology best practices and current standards, you’ll advise on internal and external projects and tasks, working with hardware and software systems to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protects systems and data at multiple layers
- Serves as an escalation point for triaging and resolving technical issues
- Provides systems architecture consultation to internal or external resources
- Installs, configures, and upgrades software and hardware
- May interact with vendors for support, design, and incident management
- Participates in the planning, design, and implementation of system engineering projects
- Analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, and implements changes supporting the company or client infrastructure, business processes, operations, and product systems.
- Analyzes, installs, modifies and supports various operating systems, databases, and utility software
- May contribute to the development, testing, evaluation, or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set
- Develops content for and maintains technical documentation (site surveys, network diagrams, systems knowledge base, etc.)
- Provides clear documentation of completed projects for various stakeholders
- Escalates issues to appropriate staff for prompt resolution
- Communicates technical issues and solutions with customers in terms appropriate for the audience
- May participate in team on-call rotation (as required)
- Performs other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three (3) years of successful, hands-on work experience in relevant technical fields
- Advanced knowledge of server and workstation hardware and software technologies
- Working knowledge of network hardware and software technologies of multiple vendors
- Proficient technical skills with the ability to continue learning in an ever-changing environment
- Working knowledge of VOIP technology
- Working knowledge of backup systems and concepts
- Ability to work both remotely and on-location
- Ability to learn and support new technologies
- Ability to build relationships within and outside of the organization
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and preferred.
- Support Windows OS (10, Server 2012/2016/2019)
- Understanding of Active Directory/DHCP/DNS

Working conditions: This is a 40-hour-per-week, full-time position. Daily job hours fluctuate but are generally around M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hour daily lunch break. This position does not generally require overtime or weekend work. Overtime and or weekend work require prior approval in advance.
Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
