Remedy Staffing is looking for a Service Administrator for our client located in Chesapeake, VA! Hiring immediately!

Pay rate: Starting at $18.00/hr with the potential to make more based on experience

Shift: 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime required)

Job Duties

• Input daily service reports in the appropriate job ticket and keep track of job additions to meet budget expectations
• Assist with Invoicing all jobs including standard invoicing as well as all invoices that are posted electronically to customer’s designated sites
• Keep the following up to date; tech list, training listing, access listing, DBIDs, VDOT, TWIC and HII badge tracking, & all vehicle gas usage, inspection, condition, state inspections, and plates
• Work with HII program manager to learn the shipyard requirements for scheduling work and invoicing HII
• Review open sales orders weekly and insure they are properly invoiced and closed out
• Assist and lead with transition of MARINE tech workforce to Davisware, tablets and electronic paperwork
• Provide administrative support to management team
• Data entry on new service tracking software
• Make travel arrangements for out of area jobs

Requirements

• Driver's license
• High school diploma
• Detail & task oriented
• Able to work independently
• Strong computer and math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Previous Service Administrative experience, preferred
