Indorama Ventures in Dallas, TX is currently hiring a Site SAP Subject Matter Expert (SAP SME). The SAP SME will assist in supporting sites and SAP teams as a SME for the Supply Chain categories for Procurement, Sales and SCM SAP Modules.

Site SAP Subject Matter Expert (SAP SME) Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• SAP SME will support input and output data functions, corrections, and new data into the system while providing key support for the modules related to Procurement, Sales, SCM categories and associated production processes and secondary support for other SAP modules as needed.
• Will act as liaison for Recycling Management, Sites, and Corp. Teams related to SAP Program requirements, tasks, and meetings.
• Will report status, progress, and concerns to the SAP Recycling Coordinator and Recycling CEO as required
• Responsible for implementations from start to finish using Best Practice methods and tools.
• Provide leadership in gathering, clarifying, and documenting requirements for application, service and support requests.
• Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests.
• Actively work with sites and team to analyze business and program needs and document business requirements.
• Recommend revisions to SAP related business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Gather, define, and document high-level business requirements on behalf of the business process owners, subject matter experts, users, and other stakeholders.
• Support Training and Consulting for sites and End Users
• Support and consult for sites with all Testing,
• Regular attendance (as defined in our policies) is required.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management

Site SAP Subject Matter Expert (SAP SME) Job Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field a minimum of 2 years related experience; or 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP is required
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal team, vendors, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stoop, bend, ascend/descend stairs/ladders, and sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
