Job description
Food preparation and kitchen oversight in a small, but busy seasonal kitchen. Must be self motivated, organized and willing to work with Chef on daily specials. Willing to help train and guide a less experienced person.
Located in the Adirondack Park, 1 hour from Lake Placid and less than 2 hours from Montreal. Free housing available to the right candidate.
