Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Communicate the vision of your product, feature, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team and other business stakeholders
• Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and inline business needs
• Work collaboratively with your peers, and counterparts to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, sales, support, implementation, and other stakeholders to create, deliver a shared vision of success
• Build effective relationships a variety of business stakeholders
• Develop relationships with Omnicell customers, prospects and conduct effective interviews to learn from them about their pressures and problems, and articulate to them what to expect from our continually evolving set of features

You’re completely comfortable working with a lean-agile scrum team composed of engineers, UX, architects and QA. You understand the value of incremental development and continuous delivery and use these tools to rapidly iterate with strong customer feedback. You are skilled in responding to requests from multiple market-facing business units, and adept at defining priorities and trade-offs.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Start-up mindset and ability to run effective experimentation to gather data and drive insights.
• Well versed in using advanced product analytics to guide product decisions
• Recognizes trends in business, industry and market information that reveals business opportunities
• Translates strategies into clear and measurable goals and objectives
• High degree of customer empathy and ability to quickly and effectively solving the most difficult, customer problems
• Flexibility to partner with and negotiate with colleagues and customers at all levels inside and outside the organization
• Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate, motivate and coach peers
• Experience working cross-functionally in new product development process developing business cases, marketing requirements and coordinating product launch activities.
• Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and effectively prioritize to achieve optimal results
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.
• A self-starter who is able to work independently.
• Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, group presentations.
• Proficient with computers (Mac or PC, you pick).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years product management experience building web-based SaaS products in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building healthcare products
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
• Experience working with integrated HW/SW technologies

Work Conditions:

• This position is 100% remote enabled from any US location
• This position requires up to 20% domestic travel
