A new tire and automotive service store is coming to Keokuk, and we are looking for strong management candidates who want to grow a rewarding career.

What you’ll be doing…
This is a hands-on management role. In addition to being the face of the business and working with customers to sell the products and services that are right for their vehicles, the position includes these responsibilities:
- Schedule work and manage walk-in traffic to get customers the services they need quickly.
- Know that customer satisfaction is a top priority and develop that mentality for your team.
- When a customer has a concern or complaint, listen to that person and work to resolve it quickly with a goal of complete customer satisfaction.
- Be the expert. Maintain an eagerness to learn through specialized training, certifications, licensures, etc.
- Perform day-to-day management functions and ensure that all reporting, deposits, etc. are handled correctly and in a timely fashion.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Experience in the tire and automotive industry is a big plus, but we’ll teach the right person how to thrive in our industry.

Requirements for Employment
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license required
- Complete and authorize a background check subject to corporate approval
