Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing TIG Welder (3rd Shift)

Salary: $18-22 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Shift: 3rd shift, with hours to be determined.

Job Summary: The Aerospace Manufacturing TIG Welder will be responsible for performing Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on aerospace components during the 3rd shift. The welder will work in a team environment to ensure all products are manufactured to customer specifications and meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in aerospace manufacturing, TIG welding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on aerospace components to customer specifications and industry standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including gas tanks, torches, and power supplies.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Participate in training and development activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in TIG welding in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Must be ITAR compliant.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with welding equipment, including gas tanks, torches, and power supplies.
• Ability to troubleshoot welding issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
