What you’ll be doing

• Assisting new and existing clients
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Using questioning skills to establish customers’ needs in order to offer the best travel solutions
• Establishing the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems
• Resolving customer queries within operational and client policies and procedures

What you’ll need

• Experience in a dynamic sales or contact centre environment linked to the travel industry with exposure to package holidays or flight bookings preferred, other travel experience will be considered
• Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving, influencing and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work shifts on a rotational basis
• Background in travel with experience in travel CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
• Clear criminal, disciplinary and credit records
