An award-winning Treatment Center located the beautiful state of Arizona is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to join their reputable team!

The Treatment Center Director of Nursing will be joining a 40+patient bed treatment center that has adopted a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to treating patients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorders, as well as co-occurring addictions and disorders. The Director of Nursing will support a well-tenured staff including an Assistant Director of Nursing and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director of Nursing will lead a team of trained therapists, clinical nurses, social workers, and psychologists to ensure that inpatient and outpatient screenings, crisis intervention services, and nursing assessments are administered in an accurate and patient-oriented manner.

Assigning tasks, coordinating activities, and the implementation of policies and procedures are additional responsibilities the Director of Nursing will conduct. A Bachelor’s Degree, experience in behavioral health nursing with an emphasis on eating disorders, and knowledge in regulatory compliance will make for quick interviews!
