Looking for a motivated and skilled climbing arborist to join our team. We are a locally owner small business based in Colorado Springs. Our leadership is qualified and very skilled with many years of experience in the forestry and green industry, we support our employees with tuition and CEU reimbursement, professional development, and one on one industry training

Pay is based upon experience, required 2 years of tree service / climbing experience required (4 years preferred)

Familiar and skilled with Colorado tree and shrub identification.

General knowledge of knots, climbing systems, chainsaw operations, pruning techniques and chipping operations.

Arboriculture sales experience is a plus

Degree in arboriculture, horticulture, forestry, plant science, soil science, environmental science, or landscape management is a plus

Driver’s license is a requirement, CDL is a plus!

Familiar with ANSI standards

Paid training to include CEUs reimbursement, arborist/green industry expos and professional development. We provide our employees with paid emergency situation training, this includes CPR/First Aid and aerial rescue training which we drill regularly.

- A clean driving record and drug test required.

-Take home truck for sales arborist if appropriate and secure parking is provided.

-Raises based on performance and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
