• The state-of-the-art, computerized, full-service small animal hospital is located in Fort Lee.
• We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, energetic person to join our medical team.
• Bilingual: English and fluent Korean PLUS

Job Summary:

• Front desk duties (Greet, Register, Invoice clients, Schedule a full appointment, Maintain client records, Respond to hospital calls, General clerical duties, Payment collection)
• Assist medical team
• Courteous and Informative customer service
• Administrative tasks related to pet insurance, medical records, referrals, client reminders, etc

Qualification:

• Outstanding written, and verbal communication skills required
• Strong computer skills required
• Experience in caring for and handling animals in a safe, effective, and humane manner
• Knowledge of basic dog and cat health conditions and behavior
• Understand basic medical records and basic veterinary terminology
• Ability to understand and communicate pertinent medical information with colleagues and clients
• Problem-solving skills required

Physical Requirement

• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing stairs, walking, and, standing on feet 8-10 hours per day while performing job functions
• Exposure to disinfectant solutions and radiation
• Subject to animal bites and scratches while handling animals of questionable temperament
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations
• Consistent exposure to animals and animal allergens under conditions with limited alternatives available
