We are seeking an experienced VP of Engineering who will lead and grow their engineering team. The VP of Engineering will be responsible for the development process from ideation to deployment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices and ensuring adherence to engineering standards. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, and will have an instrumental role in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team in the design, development, and deployment of the AI platform.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and requirements
• Manage the development process, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Implement best practices and ensure adherence to engineering standards, including code review, testing, and documentation
• Hire, train, and mentor engineering team members, setting goals and tracking progress
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies
• Continuously evaluate and improve the engineering process to increase efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years of experience as a team leader or director of engineering
• Experience managing the full development process, from ideation to deployment
• Strong experience with cloud computing technologies and architecture, such as AWS.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and AI/ML technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
