Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA Omnichannel retailing in reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions with our partners. Ensures the availability of unit inventory by securing loading units for operational shipments within the yard.

What you'll be doing day to day

- Safely operate the yard truck in forward and reverse, to and from loading docks, connect and disconnect airlines, and stabilize loading units - Maintain radio and/or system contact with Flow & Traffic co-workers to receive or confirm loading unit movements - Perform yard inventory and safety audits - Adhere to supply chain security protocols in accordance with local and country regulatory requirements - Properly detect, correct and report any loading unit damages - Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit - Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers - Performs other duties as assigned
