We are currently seeking new a team member as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside.

Our property, located by one of the busiest airports in the country, offers 485 guest rooms , approximately 30.000 square feet meeting space along with resort-like amenities such as an outdoor pool, pool bar and several food and beverage outlets.

Job Description (not including all);

• Provide assistance to Executive Housekeeper in day to day operations
• Monitor Room Attendants and Housemen performance and provide guidance
• Insure all jobs are completed within the shift; make sure all sections are covered
• Assist in conducting linen inventories monthly
• Monitor and supervise Room attendants
• Coach, develop and manage the performance of the Housekeeping Leadership Team
• Plan, implement and track all deep cleaning and job cycle projects for guestrooms
• Administer departmental payroll processes
• Comply with all department policies, procedures, and service standards

• Follow and proactively promote all health and safety policies and initiatives
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

GENERAL DUTIES

Requirements;

• Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written format with guests, employees and departments
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Must possess leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of cleanliness operations
• Must be flexible enough to work any shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: $21.00 per hour
