This position will sit in our Duluth, GA office. We only consider Remote for candidates who possess all the skills and experience in all systems stated in the position description and require very little training.
Functional Scope
- Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with Oracle Demantra, Oracle Cloud Demand Planning, or Oracle Cloud S&OP software
- Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills.
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build relationships with peers; must not be isolated.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuous improvement of processes and results among Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and others to execute the planning/replenishment process.
- Subject matter expert on the MRP, Demand Planning, and S&OP processes and maintenance of key parameters in Oracle EBS/ASCP/Cloud such as forecasts, inventory targets, Safety Stocks, and Purchase Orders to streamline the Planning process.
- Proactively creates processes and mechanisms to identify forecast quality issues and works with sales and planning manager to correct.
- Perform data analysis to support SKU level and Key Customer forecast improvement.
- Identify supply chain opportunities and risks and develop action plans.
- Accountable to demand planning KPI’s.
- Participate in E&O management process.
- Support S&OP process as key team member accountable for forecast
