Job description
We're looking for a Front End Associate to support the team in providing effective and efficient customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting callers with basic inquiries, directing customers to the appropriate department, compiling data from reports and helping customers with problems using our website.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work with JavaScript and HTML5; Be able to work with CSS3; Be able to work with LESS, SASS, and/or Stylus; Be able to work with HTML/CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and/or Foundation; Understand the principles of responsive design; Have a good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues; Understand the principles of progressive enhancement; Have a good grasp of the difference between semantic HTML5 elements and microformats.
