- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
- One to three years of experience involving the inspection, cleaning and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, offices and buildings
- Management experience
- Low pressure black seal boiler license
- Possess basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 75 pounds at least 20% of the time, bend, lift, squat, crawl, perform repetitive motions, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, shovel, work in elements, stand for long periods of time
- Ability to schedule work and adhere to deadlines
