Job Title: LTC LPN Travel Nurse - Join our Team in Pahala, Hawaii
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN with Long Term Care (LTC) experience to join our team in Pahala, HI. we provide comprehensive care to our patients, and our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our community.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a LTC setting.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the State of Hawaii.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a LTC setting.
BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This is a Variable 13-week assignment, with 12-hour shifts, 6 shifts x 2-week period. If you are a dedicated and compassionate LPN with LTC experience, we would love to hear from you!
