Job description
The job purpose of the Maintenance position is to ensure the smooth operations plant, property and equipment through effective routine preventative maintenance, repair work and housekeeping.
Summary
- Some experience in maintenance is preferred
- Pay: starting at $19 per hour
- 6am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday shift; Overtime on Fridays
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance and create and maintain machine specific files detailing PM and repair work performed
- Perform tasks to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Perform seasonal building and grounds maintenance duties
- Keep accurate inventory of maintenance materials and maintain stock of necessary materials
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic fabrication and machining skills
- Basic problem solving knowledge.
- Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Ability to Operate necessary tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in maintenance and/or tooling
- Ability to read blue prints
- Intermediate math skills required
- High level of mechanical aptitude
