The NetSuite Technical Admin is responsible for all aspects of NetSuite/Financial projects, customizations, enhancements, integrations, and other high priority initiatives! This position requires the admin to be well-versed in standard methodologies from both a technology and business process perspective. The admin should also have a solid understanding of financial systems and how they interact. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into functional implementation through NS scripting or functional changes. This candidate should be Netsuite Certified - NetSuite Certified Suite Foundation; NetSuite Certified Administrator; NetSuite Certified Application Developer.

This role will report directly to the Vice President, Business Systems and will be a remote work opportunity.

How You'll Make a Difference:

• Evaluate business requirements and standard processes to understand and define user requirements for development. Coordinate with onshore/offshore developers as needed.
• Provide input into the design, configuration, implementation, and customization of financial systems solutions.
• Deliver these solutions on time. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Finance Department such as journal entries, revenue recognition, invoicing and vendor bills
• Implement configuration changes by designing and/or updating the systems environment to optimize NetSuite for the end user
• Maximized ERP features within NetSuite to enhance customer service relationships, automate processes, and govern SOX Compliance
• Lead day-to-day activities related to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of financial systems for stability and performance. Implement new releases, fixes, and upgrades with the business and technical team.
• Support users with creating saved searches, custom reports, user training, and workflows. Support business during the quarter and month-end activities
• Perform data extractions and imports. Ensure data quality by performing data audits and owning the resolution of data integrity issues.
• Analyze system performance and meet regularly with business partners to ensure that financial applications are functioning as designed and supporting business needs.
• Ensure SOX compliance with the platform and platform solutions. Should have experience working on SOX compliance. Conduct NS patch and upgrade analysis and follow SOX rules. Experienced to remediate SOX findings.

What You Bring to the Table:

NetSuite Areas of Expertise: Hands on experience to customize roles and giving access to Employees, code deployment across the environments, creating Workflows based on the requirement. Able to creating Advance PDF layouts, customizing Reports. Should be able to build saved searches.

Should have hands on experience handling Sandbox Account Refresh. Able to create Custom Records, custom fields and custom transaction forms, Tax Setup for Subsidiaries, CSV import for data migration, customizing Centers and center tabs and assign to employee. Should show solid understanding on all script types (V1.0; 2.0; 2.1)

Should show following experience in NetSuite Modules: Accounting, Fixed Asset, SuiteGL, Advanced Financials, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Procure to-Pay Management, Order-to-Cash. OpenAir PSA is a plus.

NetSuite Integration/Advanced Features Experience: Integrate between Salesforce to NetSuite for managing customer interactions, sales, and contract activities. Hands on experience working on Advanced Revenue Management(ARM)

Dell Boomi experience is a plus. Well versed with designing and building integrations: Processes, Web Services, Connectors, Extensions, Mappings, Functions, Error Messaging, setting up Dell Boomi Atom Clouds, local Atoms, and Molecules, using different connectors, logical steps, standard functions, and custom functions using JavaScript, create host API and consume API; develop Event based integrations where Boomi process would be listening to Salesforce (Outbound message form Salesforce will be triggered to Boomi when there is change of field) and pass the data to downstream.

The salary range for this position is $77,600 - $144,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
